TrueProject provides “Project Office”-type reviews for projects, organizations and people. Recipients respond to alerts and questionnaires that are utilized to determine the overall health of projects, project portfolios, organizations, and people. The questionnaires determine the values for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The KPIs allow quick and easy viewing of the performance for a project, collection of projects, organizations, and people. Alerts and regular attention to these KPIs assist teams and managers to be proactive and recognize trends that may indicate the need for appropriate mitigation or remediation.
